Submission procedure
SUBMISSION
The process for submitting a shelter is as follows:
1- You use the submission form to tell us the number of people likely to use the shelter, the location and photos of your house and garden.
2 - We will calculate the total area required, plus any additional storage space, and get back to you with the size of shed you will need and the price.
3 - You pay us a deposit/provision (depending on the size of the shelter, generally around $20,000). This amount is partially refundable depending on what the first operations will have cost. This is due to the fact that we must pay for soil surveys, structural engineers to visit your home if necessary and hire a contractor to do the work. (Serious investor only)
We will be there at every stage.
4 - We will then arrange for one of our project managers to visit your premises. He will show you the plans we have drawn up and explain what will happen, the deadlines, etc.
5 - You then pay the remaining balance and construction begins (start date agreed between you and the contractor). NB - If the remaining balance is not received within 6 months, the job is cancelled. The shed must be paid in full before construction can begin.
6 - Commissioning the shelter! Upon completion of the work, a Taranis Secur representative will visit the site to inspect it and supervise the storage of the bunker with essential survival resources.
7 - Owner training and drills will be provided if necessary and additional advice will be given on what to do in an emergency! Bunker maintenance instructions will also be given!
